Experiential education is an action-oriented method of education that promotes the personality, social skills and responsible behaviour of the pupils through special experiences and challenges in nature. In mastering tasks, they recognise their abilities and develop confidence towards themselves and their fellow pupils. Learning processes are set in motion and the children can develop personality and initiative. Our experiential teacher Anil Pausewang also accompanies, supports and guides our pre-school children.
