Focus of my work on the board: personnel and organisation

I am 45 years old and father of Henrik aus der Birke. My son Malte has been at the Montessori school for the last 4 years. His development has enabled us to recognise the benefits of our school and learning concept very well and we are delighted that he can contribute his experience to the secondary school

Since 2017, I have been responsible for the German business for the development of ground-mounted photovoltaic systems at a project developer for renewable energies.

Florian Andresen

Florian Andresen

2nd Deputy Chairman (since 10/2023, previously Assessor since 11/2021)

Focus of my work on the board: Website and IT infrastructure

I am 37 years old, married and have two children. My son Piet is in fourth grade at the Opal Group and feels very much at home here. I would like to give something back to the school from this positive spirit.

My main job (commercial pilot for a major German airline) is not particularly useful, but my IT affinity is. After studying mechanical engineering, I set up an engineering office as a second mainstay and have a creative balance to flying with web design, software development and IT consulting.

Focus of my work on the board: public relations, communication and funding programmes

I am 44 years old and an administrative assistant at the City of Wiesbaden.

My older son left Monti in summer 2021 after four happy and instructive primary school years. My younger son started at the Montinis in 2020 and joined the Opal Group in 2021. My aim is to make Monti even better known in the Wiesbaden school landscape and to make parents aware of this great school. By participating in funding programmes, I try to provide the school with financial resources to further improve its quality.
